The BMC RESmart GII BiPAP Y-30T is an advanced non-invasive ventilator designed for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and respiratory insufficiency. Equipped with intelligent auto-adjusting technology, it ensures personalized therapy by adapting pressure support according to each patient’s breathing pattern.

Key features include target tidal volume adjustment, advanced leakage compensation, and real-time monitoring of respiratory parameters such as tidal volume (Vte), respiratory rate (RR), minute ventilation (MV), SpO₂*, and pulse rate (PR)*. The Ti Control, I/E Sense, and Rise Time settings allow for better patient–ventilator synchronization, improving comfort and ventilation efficacy.

The BiPAP Y-30T comes with multiple work modes (CPAP, S, AutoS, AutoCPAP, S/T, T) and a ramp function (0–60 minutes) for a smooth start to therapy. It is lightweight and portable, weighing only 1.5 kg (2.5 kg with humidifier), and operates quietly at <30 dB for patient comfort.

Additional options include SpO₂ monitoring, Wi-Fi/GPRS connectivity, and integration with the BMC+ iCode App for remote data sharing. The system stores therapy data via SD card and USB for easy follow-up by healthcare providers.
